YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Here you can get involved and take on responsibility:
 • Supervisor of a production shift
 • Responsible for the production output quantities
 • Ensuring the flow of information across 3 layers
 • Creation of shift schedules / production reports
 • Ensuring the effectiveness of the HACCP concept
 • Ensuring the quality of the manufactured products and compliance with quality standards (including foreign body management)
 • Responsible for checking the documentation of the individual areas
 • Reduction of downtime and scrap quantities through the application of CIP tools, active participation in the CIP process
 • Active participation in production
 • Employee training
 • Reporting machine damage and assisting with repairs
 • Responsibility for compliance with all safety regulations and cleanliness
 • Creating and implementing onboarding plans for new employees
                              
YOUR PROFILE
You have:
 • Completed vocational training, ideally with further training (master craftsman/technician) in the food sector
 • Leadership experience is desirable.
 • Organizational talent characterized by open communication and assertiveness
 • High level of commitment as well as a responsible, independent and team-oriented attitude
 • MS Office experience
 • Essential : Willingness to adapt to a continuous shift model

You are responsible for the:
 • Independent operation and monitoring of the filling, processing and packaging systems, or the control and feeding of state-of-the-art freeze-drying systems.
 • Production of high-quality food products or additives for the food industry
 • Maintenance of the associated documents
 • Regular cleaning of the facilities and adjacent areas according to specifications
 • Compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, environmental and quality requirements

YOUR PROFILE
You have:
 • Completed vocational training in a food-related or technical profession: e.g. as a food technologist, machine and plant operator, confectioner, baker or similar (m/f/d)
 • Several years of professional experience in the food industry are desirable.
 • good technical understanding
 • strong service mentality + responsible, independent and team-oriented basic attitude
 • Willingness to work full-time shifts
